History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Bernard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bernard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Bernard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed monstrous two handed axe, just in case. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Adelard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
