History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born into a rich family. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
