He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He struck the Roofer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ahlyssa embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ploughman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ploughman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ploughman, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
