Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born into a rich family. Bernard was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Navigator. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Junk Dealer business.
