History: Balimaar hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balimaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balimaar. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Herleva has worked very hard to control her curse. After a long history of fighting, Herleva and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. A true patriot, Miles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. Aline was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Courier. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to drow.
