Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sarah embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She uses divination through singing.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Stableman and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: An older man who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a flattop hair cut. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he's repulsed by the pc
