History: Matilda lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adam. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion
