Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Junk Dealer mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He is wearing a long, white cloak. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to find somewhere to settle down
