History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jacoba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jacoba. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Body Guard they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Farmer, and she later adopted a second daughter.
