Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Theobald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is content

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He wears his auburn hair up. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. She wears a grey armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She wears her golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Rosalind was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
