History: Gifted from a young age, Balimaar studied abroad. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Balimaar was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, William isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
