Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears suspenders and black workpants. Her shirt is brown, and she wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Miller profession.
History: Helen was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has worked as a Courier like her mother before her.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Courier responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her blonde hair is singed and shortened. Her violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This western man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His clothes are grease stained in places. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His ears are large.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This southern man very much looks the part of a Fortune-teller. His clothes are grease stained in places. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He plays an instrument quite well.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Fortune-teller soon after.
Motivation: Expand his business.
