History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hugh's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears a green vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her green boots flare out at the collars. Her auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her skin is flawless and her brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Crown-heir, her father struggled to pay the bills. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. She carries with her a set of warhammers, each one with a ruby on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Melissa reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
