History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Tim's homeland. Tim decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has never given up on his writing dream.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Shane lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shane was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
