History: Gerard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Mary's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mary fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
