Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
