History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by her family

History: Born to a Barrister, his father struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
