History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Being a Beggar kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Drogo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and to clean up the streets
