History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. A freak accident while working with his Sailor mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
