Description: He dresses like a well dressed Armorer does. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his lance, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His hair is auburn and curly. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. She has styled her white hair well, parting it to the right. Her green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to end her boredom

Description: She is a husky woman, who typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull brown iron scale mail. Her long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born in the west to a Scribe, Ida learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She became a Scribe soon after.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears red robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available she will default to her glaive. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her red hair is greasy and uncared for. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Agatha hails from a village terrorized by giants. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Agatha never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and revenge
