History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Dustin lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Dustin never married again. Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Aline was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Robert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
