Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Everard's homeland. Everard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bounty Hunter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: Born to a Interpreter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but she was a colossal failure. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
