A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born into a rich family. Through the years after Jacoba was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jacoba's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
