Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Sybil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
