History: Shane was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Shane was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 25. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to share knowledge with the world

She prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available she will default to her flail, marred by sweets. Her hair is white and curly. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by vampirism.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.
