History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kody was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the north to a Detective, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Spice Merchant business.

History: She was born in a small plains village. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
