Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: He was born in the south. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Unemployed. He has worked as a Unemployed like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Beatrice lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She worked as a nervous Weaver and found it very stressful. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 2 years.
