History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To end her boredom.
