History: Jacoba hails from a village terrorized by drow. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and balancing her hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
