History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Henry was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
