Description: A moderately attractive man, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Stylist. His hair is auburn and very short. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in the west. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up whip and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in a small forest village. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
