History: Gifted from a young age, Everard studied abroad. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

History: She was born into a rich family. A freak accident while working with her Laborer mother left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
