Personality: Jacoba is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jacoba is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Through the years after Jacoba was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jacoba's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dustin was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
