Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sellsword for the past few years.

His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Adelard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
