History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Roofer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Farmer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Joan lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Joan never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
