History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. During her travels, Emeny and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Emeny discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Emeny fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
