Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she prefers to wear flannel. Her auburn hair is thinning but still full. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.
History: Millicent lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Millicent was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is physically well-built. His hair is cut close to his head. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: Heward is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.
