History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears dull violet sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are brown.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Aline was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Aline took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
