Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Diggory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Diggory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
