Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Sybil never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
