When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Through the years after Anne was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Anne's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
