History: Patrick lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jocelyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: Alice wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Alice enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now owns her own business.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and doesn't want to be a blacksmith and was forced into it by her family
