History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her childhood dream was to be a Spy, but she was a colossal failure. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Ernest was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sculptor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has never given up on her music dream.
