Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, William isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He uses divination through singing.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
