Personality: Don wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Don alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Aline is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by her family; and she is wracked by social anxiety

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Raymond alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Her hair is long and silver with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small red clips. Her eyes are likewise green.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Ahlyssa liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and wants a kiss
