His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his broad blue hat.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gifted from a young age, Theobald studied abroad. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
