History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and she wants revenge against dire rats
