History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After months of barely getting by, Roger managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
