Description: This late middle aged woman wears a black Stetson hat and black clothes and is in decent physical shape. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. The war was a terrible time for her, and Sybil does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sybil lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She married young, but lost her spouse to illithids. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the left. His ears are large.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Doctor. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and sabotage a competitor
