He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Juliana was born with her mother's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
